We are looking for an experienced technical professional with a strong background in estates, facilities management, engineering, or building services.
This role will lead a multi-skilled maintenance team, provide technical advice to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation while managing budgets and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical and electrical systems, plant, equipment, buildings, and estate fabric. Lead and manage a multi-skilled maintenance team including Estates Technicians, Tradespeople, Maintenance Assistants, and Gardeners.
