Job Description

• Leading preventive maintenance
• Assuring required spare parts inventory level
• Translating breakdown events into required preventive maintenance program
• Initiating equipment modifications for enhanced reliability
• Defining maintenance standards & procedures

Position: Maintenance Manager

• University degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field
• 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles
• Minimum 4 years in a people leadership role with a strong focus on development of teams
• Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, safety and quality as well
• Project management experience including leading a project
• Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes
