Hotel Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Report to: General Manager with Oversight from Senior Projects and Facilities Manager

Position Overview:
To oversee the maintenance department at the hotel and employee housing, ensuring high-quality maintenance work for guest satisfaction and safety. The Maintenance Manager supervises and directs the maintenance staff, focusing on optimal performance and maintaining hotel and Employee Housing facilities to the highest standards. Duties and Responsibilities:
•Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of all hotel and Employee Housing buildings and structures.
•Manage maintenance staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Prioritize and delegate work, evaluate performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
