- Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for Safety, Health, Environment and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for up time of all these resources.
- Develop departmental objectives / KRA for function to assign with MFG.
- Implementation of industrial excellence by involving supervisors & operators to improve continuously by implementing 5S and Autonomous maintenance.
- Responsible for driving Preventive & Predictive maintenance
- Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down
- Responsible for statutory compliance requirements.
- Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.
- Implement & follow IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45000 & 50001 system procedures to improve the performance.
- Critical spare parts management.
- Plan & implement AMC for critical and utility equipme...
