Maintenance Manager - Greater Addo

Game Lodge in the Greater Addo area is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the technical upkeep of two lodges, the central staff village, and the game‑vehicle workshop. This is a senior, all‑round role suited to a practical problem‑solver who can manage people, budgets, and infrastructure across a working bush reserve environment.

Duties

• Oversee all maintenance across two game lodges, the central staff village, and the game‑vehicle workshop.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance staff, artisans, and general workers.
• Plan, budget for, and execute preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Ensure lodges, guest facilities, and staff accommodation are maintained to a high standard.
