Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Objective: Oversees the work, people and results in the maintenance department, applying a wide range of skills and knowledge relating to plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and leads team to achieve maintenance goals.
• Develops and establishes specific plans to comply with company programs and objectives; directs the maintenance of plant utilities, custodial services and waste disposal.
• Develop plan to move existing maintenance system to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system, and oversee its implementation, ongoing operations, and continued improvement.
• Oversee the autonomous, preventive, and emergent maintenance for all critical equipment, machinery, tools, facil...
