Responsibilities:

  • Overall leadership and development of maintenance teams, organization, and processes

  • Plans, organizes, and executes maintenance activities and plant shutdowns

  • Ensures technically correct repairs and modifications and proper documentation of equipment

  • Guarantees plant availability and reliability, and drives continuous improvement of capacity (continuous improvement)
