Job Summary:
Lead the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all NPK plant equipment and infrastructure. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and a team of technicians to support uninterrupted plant operations.
