What You’ll Do -


Maintenance Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members across multiple shifts
  • Conduct daily check-ins to assess workload, prioritize tasks, and reassign resources based on business needs

  • Build a high-performing team through training, mentoring, and accountability
