Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the plant to ensure people safety standards, food safety standards, equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working condition. The role involves managing and developing a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, overseeing CMMS, managing spare parts and inventory, coordinating with other departments for production efficiency, and ensuring safety of people and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning and Management:
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Oversee and ensure routine maintenance, repairs and equipment installations are performed to the set standard.
