With a major refurbishment planned for 2026, the Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel is entering an important new chapter. To help shape what comes next, Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are seeking a strategic, compliance-driven Maintenance Manager to lead the hotel’s engineering operations and ensure the business is fully prepared for transformation.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced maintenance leader to take ownership of a complex, high-visibility role — balancing day-to-day operational excellence with longer-term planning, stakeholder engagement and regulatory assurance.
