THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking multiple Maintenance Managers for sites across Melbourne for their high end purpose built Build-to-Rent residential properties. The role will be responsible for the overall facilities and maintenance of the property including all general repairs of the building and apartments, including, plumbing, electrical, plant, and machinery, light bulb changes, painting, plastering, and carpentry. In some cases, this role may be required to work extra hours or be on call for modification requests and emergency call outs.
