Maintenance Manager

Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team in Alor Gajah Melaka. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth running of the company's manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime

Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their activities to ensure timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks

Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance measures

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address root causes of equipment failures
