Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Maintenance Management role within hospitality, lodges, or game reserves
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and fleet maintenance
- Practical experience with boreholes, pumps, reticulation, and water supply systems
- General building, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance knowledge essential
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programmes and maintenance budgets
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle essential
- Ability to work independently and respond to after-hours emergencies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all maintenance across two luxury game lodges, the staff village, and vehicle workshop
- Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team
