FORVIA HELLA IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and KPI achievement. The role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance.

You will implement TPM, preventive and autonomous maintenance, plan resources, budget, and spare parts, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams.
