**Maintenance Lead – Warwick, RI**
Pay: $34 – $40/hour
Schedule:
+ 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
+ 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to take ownership of plant-wide maintenance operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with technical work—guiding a team while staying actively involved on the floor.
