Maintenance Group Leader
As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will manage a small to medium group of maintenance employees responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities, aligned with standard GM maintenance systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct appropriate checks and tests, evaluate results, and communicate findings.
- Recommend solutions to equipment or process problems.
- Lead preventive maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Meet schedule and quality requirements.
- Comply with local and national labor agreements.
- Implement divisional and corporate policies, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
- Maintain frequent contact and collaborate with other departments and functions.
- Manage effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Establish action plans to complete jobs and projects; apply GMS principles.
