Maintenance Lead (J&F)

Position Overview

Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production machinery, with a primary focus on production equipment while supporting mechanically related facilities and utilities. The role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and maintains compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards. The Maintenance Lead also supervises maintenance personnel, manages in‑house fabrication activities, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and drives process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance.
