We’re Hiring | Maintenance Lead – KFC | PAN India
At Devyani International Limited (DIL) , we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Maintenance Lead to drive operational excellence across our KFC stores PAN India .
If you have strong multi-unit retail/QSR maintenance experience and a passion for reliability, cost optimization, and ESG impact, this role is for you!
Key Focus Areas:
Drive equipment uptime & reliability across all KFC stores
Ensure strong Preventive Maintenance compliance
Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts, and vendor management
Lead energy efficiency & ESG initiatives (energy, water, GHG reduction)
Collaborate closely with Operations, Brand COO, Regional teams & Franchise partners
Ideal Candidate:
10–12 years of QSR/Retail/Food Service operations experience
Proven track record in managing multi-location maintenance operations
Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
MBA (Operations/Retail preferred)<...
