Maintenance Lead – Plant Manager

This full‑time position is based in the Brazeau River Complex near Drayton Valley, Alberta. The Maintenance Lead supports the operating department by directing and coordinating the activities of tradesmen to plan, schedule, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work related to rotating equipment and control systems while maintaining an environmentally secure and cost‑effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of Mechanical & E/I trade crew(s) to ensure effective utilization of manpower.
• Set priorities in conjunction with Operations for planned work on equipment and reschedule tradesmen’s work schedules as per prevailing priority.
