We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Joiner to join our team and support ongoing works across Northern Ireland, specifically Mid Ulster. This role suits someone who delivers high‑quality workmanship,municates well, and can manage day‑to‑day maintenance tasks independently.

Your new role

  • Planned & reactive joinery — doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and general building fabric repairs

  • Site inspections and clear reporting

  • Professional tenant/client interaction on occupied sites

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid CSR card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness toplete a Basic AccessNI check
  • Strong joinery background, ideally within maintenance environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
