Job Description
We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician II** to support facility operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services across the facility while delivering excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on:
+ Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
+ Gas and electric water heaters and furnaces
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment
+ Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
+ Repair and maintain facility infrastructure and resident accommodations
+ Operate machine tools (e.g., lathe, drill, grinder, milling machines)
+ Complete work orders and assigned projects in ...
