+ Act as the maintenance lead for all shifts, managing a team of skilled trades through planning and execution. Trades include; Electrician, Pipefitter, Machine Repair, Millwright, Truck Repair, FSO, EPPET, and HVAC
+ Supervise maintenance projects
+ Provide technical expertise to business units across the site for various types of processes and equipment. (e.g. stamping presses, metal removal processes, welding applications, hydraulic systems, facilities)
+ requirements, rigging, machinery installations, and controls troubleshooting).
+ Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment
+ Complies and executes the terms of local and national labor agreements
+ Conducts safety talks, job instruction training, ergonomic evaluations, safety incident report & investigation.

+ Provide initial support for employee concerns and grievances, both formal and informal.
