Maintenance Fitter - Day Shift

We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our team at Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for repair, testing and preventive maintenance and testing of machines with a strong emphasis on all safety and quality standards of Ausreo within a manufacturing environment. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain site machinery to ensure safety of personnel, site and equipment
• Carry out repair, testing & preventive maintenance and testing of machines and equipment including:
  • Hydraulics, pneumatics, valves
  • Gearboxes and bearings
  • Rollers, conveyors, pulleys etc.
  • Fault-finding and repairing malfunctions of mechanical equipment and plant
