Maintenance / Field Guide

We are seeking a versatile and guest-focused Maintenance / Field Guide to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and is comfortable working across different areas of lodge operations. We are particularly interested in candidates who can bring additional skills, whether as a front-of-house professional able to assist with occasional guiding duties, or as a maintenance savvy guide with strong guest relations and front-of-house capabilities. Candidate Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding guest service throughout the guest journey. Welcome, host, and assist guests during their stay. Coordinate guest activities, schedules, and special requests. Ensure guest areas are presented to the highest standards. Support smooth day-to-day lodge operations.
