Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Arvato is seeking a hands-on and self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the proactive and preventative facility maintenance across our facility in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.  In this role, you will be able to leverage your knowledge and experience in facilities management and work cross-functionally to maximize equipment and facility resources while meeting safety and budget requirements.  YOUR TASKS
* Supervise, guide, and assign projects to supervisors, project engineers, and engineering technicians relating to the engineering, development, maintenance, and special projects of all machinery and equipment
* Be responsible for overseeing all vendors on property, negotiating with vendors to reduce overhead costs, and any facility-related repairs and general upkeep
* Delegate work projects for the improvement of the efficiency and reliability of equipment used in operations
