• Continuously monitor equipment operation to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or safety.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by rigorously applying 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at all times.
• Collaborate with team members by providing technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance challenges.
