Responsibilities: Execute and adhere to the scheduled maintenance plan, ensuring all routine and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Continuously monitor equipment operation to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or safety. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by rigorously applying 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at all times.
