Who We’re Looking For:
Maintenance Planning & Continuous Improvement:
- Manage and update the maintenance plan for rail coaches.
- Incorporate feedback and operational return of experience into the maintenance strategy.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reliability.
