Job Description

1. Strictly follow HSE policies & procedures and local regulations, ensure maintenance activities safety;

2. Using SAP system to schedule the PM plan, implement and supervise the effectiveness of implementation;

3. Establish and implement effectively TPM plan, solve mechanical fault and optimize equipment in the best running state;

4. Quick response and implement the solution for major fault;

5. New project equipment acceptance review;

6. Provide maintenance personnel to support in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and the maintenance technology, reduce fault caused equipment down;

7. Spare parts management: critical assessment, select, test the quality and the use of alternative materials;

8. Critical assessment for mechanical equipment, FMEA;

9. Define, prepare, lead, and execute projects minor site improvement/sustenance projects, in line with business needs and project management methods and techniques,...
