What you will do

1. Overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs

2. Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effectivecountermeasure

3. Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators’ safety

4. Plan of the shift team and ensure sufficient manning

5. Participate in the appraisal of the technicians

At least 2-3 years experience as maintenance engineer Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience WCM knowledge and application Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure Project ManagementWe Offer You
