Role Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team to support our manufacturing operations. This on-site position is based in Kota Tinggi.

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, schedules, and resource planning (manpower, tools, and parts) to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) records, checklists, and reporting systems to support reliability and compliance.
• Lead and monitor maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely execution according to scope, budget, and safety standards.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities, guide technicians, and ensure the team is equipped with necessary technical skills and follows best maintenance practices.
