Maintenance engineer - pressure diecasting

Job Purpose:

To ensure uninterrupted operation of Pressure Diecasting plant machinery and utilities through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, while maintaining safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machines and equipment. Attend breakdowns promptly and ensure minimum machine downtime. Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.

Machine & Equipment Management

Maintain and monitor performance of production machines, utilities, and support systems (compressors, DG sets, chillers, etc.). Maintain equipment history cards and maintenance records. Coordinate with suppliers or service providers for major repairs or AMC services.
