**Location:** Omaha, NE
**Pay: $25 - $35 per hour (Based on Experience)**
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Full-Time Position**
**Immediate Openings Available**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance work orders
Prepare apartments for new residents, including unit turns and inspections
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and building systems
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
Track and update completed work orders using maintenance software
