Maintenance Engineer

YOUR ROLE

Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, safe operation, and reliable performance of back-end semiconductor production equipment (FOL Assy and EOL Assy, Die Attach, Wire Bond, Mold, Crop). The role coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance, leads root-cause analysis for repeat failures, coordinates vendor repairs and upgrades, and works with production and process engineering to improve equipment reliability and yield.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic and control systems for production equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and predictive maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, lead equipment recovery activities and document repair actions and parts used.
