Job Description

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule (lubrication, calibration, coolant change, alignment checks, etc.)
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Conduct machine accuracy verification — spindle runout, repeatability, backlash, and axis calibration.
  • Maintain maintenance records, PM checklist, and service reports.
  • Support machine installation, relocation, and commissioning.

Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC maintenance or precision machinery service.
  • Strong knowledge in: Mazak, DMG machines, servo drive, spindle drive, PLC, and encoder systems.
  • Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
