MEP Maintenance Engineer
The MEP Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems within the facility, adhering to safety standards and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, motors, plumbing fixtures, and related MEP components
- Respond promptly to maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Diagnose faults and carry out repair works on MEP systems with a hands-on approach, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and system upgardes
- Miantain accurate records of maintenance activities, system logs, and inventory of spare parts
