Maintenance Engineer
š London (Mobile Role)

The Role
As part of our regional mobile team, you will support the efficient delivery of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across a portfolio of sites in London. This role offers a varied workload, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in line with contractual SLA requirements.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
ā
This role is for a Maintenance Engineer who is competent to deliver high quality maintenance to SFG20 standards and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC equipment within our contracts, for example but not limited to:
ā
ā¢ FCU, VRF, VAV ā Both electric and pneumatic
ā¢ AHUs ā Filters, motors, belts and all safety and temperature equipment
ā¢ LTHW, HWS & CHW circulation pumps
ā¢ Install and maintain valves such as isolation valves, TMVs, PRVs, NRVs, an...
