Position: Maintenance Engineer

Role Purpose
Ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all plant equipment and utilities by leading preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities. Drive asset reliability, minimize breakdowns, and support operational performance through TPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned stoppages
- Lead maintenance team performance, coaching, and safety compliance
- Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and technical stores
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards compliance
- Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors
