Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• In charge, responsible and supervise the following technical groups:
  • Production equipment maintenance of Test Business unit and as where directed.
  • Equipment OEE improvement.
  • Equipment performance indices such as MTBA and MTBF
  • Define spare to stock up.
  • Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.
  • Buy off equipment and Burn In Systems
  • Machine setup per loading plan
  • Relocation of equipment from one BU to another.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Work closely with production to ensure equipment due for PM/Cal are released in timely manner.
• Guide and coach maintenance technicians of business unit to solve problems
• Work closely with product engineering team to maximize testing yield.
