Maintenance Engineer II

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed AV system (audio, video, control, conferencing and LEDWALL).

· Conduct onsite troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair of AV equipment.

· Provide technical support and system orientation to end users when required.

· Maintain service reports, checklist and documentations for all site visits.

· Build strong relationship with client by communicating system status, risk and recommendation clearly.

· Identity and relay upgrade opportunities, system enhancements or add-on services during service visits (cross-selling / upselling with integrity and credibility).

·  Collaborate with Sales to evaluate and develop proposals based on client needs observed on-site.
