Maintenance Engineer

**Description**
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Plan, scope, and lead capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and external vendors/contractors
+ Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems
+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
+ Support long-term capital planning by identifying equipment lifecycle needs and infrastructure upgrades
+ Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
+ Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery, systems, and facility infrastructure
+ Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and continuous improvement
