  • To receive and deal with mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair and keep in good touch with them.
  • To study specialized materials and guidance documents regarding mobile phone.
  • To satisfy the demand of customers for products and services.
  • To assist the manager/director/executive to complete various tasks and improve the performance.
  • To give feedback on issues in time and track the results.
  • To answer the professional and technical questions raised by customers.
  • To take the vacant place when the service consultant is busy or absent.
  • To complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
