- To receive and deal with mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair and keep in good touch with them.
- To study specialized materials and guidance documents regarding mobile phone.
- To satisfy the demand of customers for products and services.
- To assist the manager/director/executive to complete various tasks and improve the performance.
- To give feedback on issues in time and track the results.
- To answer the professional and technical questions raised by customers.
- To take the vacant place when the service consultant is busy or absent.
- To complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
