Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Lutterworth

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 + Training + Qualifications + Overtime. Monday to Friday.

This role is part of a maintenance subcontractor providing services to a large distribution facility. You will work primarily with production machinery, automated conveyors, and electrical control panels, performing pre‑planned maintenance, troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, contractor supervision, and occasional breakdown and emergency call‑outs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre‑planned maintenance and troubleshooting of automated machinery and electrical control panels.
  • Assisting on general facilities maintenance and contractor supervision.
  • Participate in emergency on‑call rota (1 week in 4) and attend breakdown call‑outs.
  • Follow a weekly shift pattern: Week 1 & 2: 06:00‑14:15, Week 3: 14:00‑22:45.
