Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Old Leake, Boston. Work schedule: 4 on 4 off, D/N, 7am‑7pm.

Base salary: £54,054 per year. OTE of over £60,000 thanks to overtime paid at £29.07 per hour. Bi‑annual company bonus scheme and sign‑on bonus, with extra after 3‑month probation.

We are recruiting a maintenance engineer to join a large, well‑invested site where £24 million has been recently invested in updating existing machinery and implementing new production lines, increasing production by 50%. This is a high‑performing facility with state‑of‑the‑art machinery and an experienced engineering team.
