**Job Description**
This role oversees all industrial maintenance activities within a small manufacturing facility, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as occasional facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Engineer works independently on first shift to keep production equipment running reliably, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement of processes and equipment.

+ Take full ownership of all shop maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and facility systems.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and critical systems.
