As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CNC laser machines. You will be responsible for machine maintenance, quality inspection, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
+ Locate and load the correct laser programs from the server to the machine.
+ Load and unload sheet metal and parts using proper material handling equipment.
+ Verify machine settings, monitor processing, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
+ Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools.
