Maintenance Electrician

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team, replacing a retiring colleague. This is a key role supporting site operations, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and minimal downtime. 

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and repair on Assembly plant and equipment and CNC machining centres 

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) 

• Breakdown response to minimise downtime 

• Support installations and improvement projects 

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards 

Requirements

• Time-served electrician or equivalent qualification 

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) 

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment 

• Strong fault-finding skills

• PLC fault finding 

• Experience with motors and drives, PLC’s,
