What are your contributions to the team?

• Communicate between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planners.
• Prepare daily summary and handover.
• Adhere to KPIs.
• Assign work orders to technicians.
• Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly).
• Communicate action plans and follow up with customers and stakeholders (notice of work).
• Conduct pre- and post-intervention operational go-sees.
• Identify improvement opportunities to support the company's preventive vision.
• Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy handling.
• Perform RIPs (potential impact review).
• Write work permits.
• Assist/support the maintenance leader.
• Actively participate in the DMM to raise issues.
