Maintenance Coordinator

Role

For this position you are responsible for contacting clients and offering preventive maintenance service, maintaining a database of clients, and coordinating product maintenance projects to project coordinators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• contacting clients and offering preventive maintenance service
• Maintain a database of client
• Maintain a calendar of clients subject to preventive maintenance
• Coordinate product maintenance projects to project coordinators

Qualifications (KSAO):

• An educational background in business management or equivalent
• A work experience in administrative and clerical work is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized
